• Applic. MACT: Amino and Phenolic Resins Mfg (OOO). Applies to resins manufacturing.
• Applic. MACT: Organic Liquids Distribution (EEEE). Compliance date is 02/05/2007.
• Key Pollutants: methanol, formaldehyde, and phenol.
• Compl. Strategy for HON: Catalytic oxidizer and waste gas boilers. Implement LDAR.
• Compl. Strategy for OOO: Install new scrubber to achieve required 83% control efficiency.
