I. Purpose of Application
Currently, Valley Protein Inc. – Wadesboro holds Title V Permit No. 06467T12 with an expiration date of January 31, 2011 for its facility located in Wadesboro, Anson County, North Carolina. On June 29, 2006, the Division of Air Quality’s received an Air Quality Permit Application (Application No. 0400034.06A) requesting an administrative amendment to correct a typographical error in the permit. Permit Condition 2.1.A.6(b) states two different dates for completing stack extensions for boilers B-1 through B-4. The permit will be modified to indicate the correct date of September 30, 2006.
II. Permit Modifications/Changes

III. Statement of Compliance:
The DAQ has reviewed the compliance status of this facility. In the most recent inspection at this facility conducted on April 20, 2005 by Mr. Robert Kennedy of the Fayetteville Regional Office, the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements.
IV. Recommendations
This Title V Permit modification for the Valley Protein, Inc. facility in Wadesboro, Anson County, North Carolina has been reviewed by the DAQ to determine compliance with all procedures and requirements.
It is recommended that we issue Air Permit No. 06467T13.
