Air Pollution Controls

Two coal/on-specification used No. 2 fuel oil/natural gas-fired utility boiler equipped with a low-NOx burner system (ID No. Unit 1Boiler and Unit 2 Boiler, 655 and 668 mmBtu/hr heat input) vented to a cold-side electrostatic precipitator (ID No. Unit 1 EPS and Unit 2 ESP) equipped with a sulfur trioxide flue gas conditioning system. (Boiler Units 1 and 2 share a common stack.)

One coal/on-specification used No. 2 fuel oil/ natural gas/pelletized paper and/or cardboard fuel-fired electric utility boiler equipped (ID No. Unit 3 Boiler, 991 mmBtu heat input) with a low-NOx burner system vented to a cold-side electrostatic precipitator equipped with a sulfur trioxide flue gas conditioning system (ID No. Unit 3 ESP); and

Four No. 2 fuel oil/natural gas-fired simple-cycle internal combustion turbines (ID Nos. IC-1, IC-2, IC-3 and IC-4).
